Post Contract

This embraces the period from when the building contract is signed to the point at which the building is handed over to the client.

Building Contract
Of the following available options we advise on the best option suitable for the project.

• Standard form with quantities from AA
• Standard form without quantities from AA
• Document drafted to sui

The contract document selected is prepared for signing with various clauses amplified or deleted as necessary.

Cash Flow
We then prepare a schedule to advice the client on the amount of money he/she will require to pay at the various stages of construction. Thereafter payments may be made monthly depending on how much work has been executed on site. Stages of payments can also be agreed upon with the client. The  client  may  also  enter into  an  agreement with  a financial institution to  release  monies at regular intervals.

A detailed valuation statement is always prepared and forwarded to the client.
