The contract document selected is prepared for signing with various clauses amplified or deleted as necessary.
We then prepare a schedule to advice the client on the amount of money he/she will require to pay at the various stages of construction. Thereafter payments may be made monthly depending on how much work has been executed on site. Stages of payments can also be agreed upon with the client. The client may also enter into an agreement with a financial institution to release monies at regular intervals.
A detailed valuation statement is always prepared and forwarded to the client.
